All special ordered merchandise must be paid for in advance and will not be returnable if factory has already started production. All authorized return merchandise will incur a 25 percent restocking fee within 30 days of date of receipt. Merchandise beyond 30 days will be a credit only. All electrical parts, fuel units and special orders are not returnable. Any authorized returns must be accompanied with a return goods authorization number (RGA) from the company or will be declined. PLEASE CALL OUR ONLINE STORE BEFORE RETURNING PRODUCT FOR AUTHORIZATION OR YOU MIGHT RISK LOSING YOUR PRODUCT AND MONEY After having your RGA number make sure it is marked clearly on the box and inside the carton along with any original packaging. Our office will give any additional instructions regarding the return address. Do not ship any damaged merchandise back as you will be required by UPS to keep this merchandise for inspection up to 10 days. All damaged shipments will be replaced as soon as you notify this office. Thank You.
